Learn About Kristine Monogue

Kristine Monogue

Kristine started in the legal field as a Trial Clerk for Whatcom County Superior Court in Bellingham, Washington in 2014. After five years as a trial clerk, Kristine became a legal assistant with the Whatcom County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office felony division. During Covid she went back to school to obtain her post-bachelor’s Paralegal Certificate from ABA approved Edmonds Community College. It was here that she found her love for elder law and quickly transitioned to working in the elder law field. Kristine especially enjoys the interaction with the clients and feels so fortunate to get to be a part of helping them with their estate planning needs.

As an Oregon native, both Kristine and her husband always dreamt of returning to Oregon. After becoming empty nesters, they made the move to beautiful Bend. Kristine has worked with Corey since October of 2024 and she looks forward to continuing to learn about elder law from such a supportive attorney.

When not working, Kristine and her husband and their two-year-old husky Sasha, enjoy everything outdoors that Bend has to offer from hiking, to biking, kayaking, and for the first time this year for her, cross-country skiing.
